Shipping and Return Policy
All orders placed through KeemoGallery.com are produced, packaged and shipped worldwide directly from our studio located in Grand Rapids, MI. We make every effort to ensure that your artwork is packaged securely and shipped as soon as possible so that it arrives to you quickly and safely. We ship via USPS and UPS for orders within the US. International shipments will be shipped via USPS (smaller works) or DHL (larger works). Tracking will be provided. If you have a particular shipping preference, just let us know and we are happy to accommodate.
Return Policy
Your satisfaction is our top priority. We want nothing more than for you to be happy with your art purchase. If you're not satisfied with your artwork purchase, please let us know within 5 days of delivery and we will coordinate the return.
For a full refund, the art must be returned in the same condition that you received it in, in the original shipping container, and be returned with all accompanying paperwork you received with your order. We do require that you use a trackable shipping service. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Be sure to contact us before initiating a return.
Artwork Damaged in Transit
All shipments leave our studio in great condition. Upon receiving your package, if you notice any damage to the box, please take a photo of the damage before you open it. Also, document any damages that you may find inside. (Thankfully, this has never been an issue.) Please contact us immediately if there are any problems. We will always do what is best to resolve the situation.
Shipping Returned Artwork
Please contact us prior to shipping and email the tracking number for the return.
